keta ho indian visa apply gareko jamma 1 month ko diyo. asylee pariyo, india hudai nepal jaam vaneko. google garda 6 months samma basna pauncha regardless of your visa vancha. kohin chan yesto situation ma pareko. 1 mahina ko visa liyera yesso 2,3 mahina basna milcha ki mildaina. GC cha ani travel document ma jana lageko. lau sathiharu ho yesso sallah dinu ta.
If you are travelling on a U.S. travel document, you are traveling as an American Citizen. You can not stay beyond the expiration date of your Indian Visa. However, you may apply for extension at Indian Immigration in Delhi. Check with them before you leave.
hope it is helpful. best,
You are going on GC, so you gotta have Nepalese Passport, ani kina visa chahiyo indiama????
my nepalese passport expired a long time back. so i am travelling on travel document. google garda tourist visa ma 180 days samma basna pauncha vaneko cha regardless of your visa. any more idea guys?
so even if you have travel document you have to apply Indian visa?
Yes. you have to have visa to visit India.
Then you are in problem. It seems like the 6 months stay regardless of visa validity is for those who have multiple entry visa valid for more than 6 months to several years. In that case, one can stay for maximum of 6 months in one trip. Your visa is valid for 1 month, so overstaying might be a problem.
You have no options here. You migh want to try to extend visa while you are there in India. You should have fair chances of extension. This is the perfect example of why everyone should have unexpired passport no matter you are us citizen or nepali citizen. If you have ties in Nepal get the passport, you never kbow when u have to travel.
if i get nepali passport will they stop me in india since i can show them my GC. i can hide my travel document in india and nepali passport once i landed in US.
You won't have any problem travelling to India if you travel with Nepali passport. GC is needed only to travel back to US.
I wonder why would you travel via India if you have Nepali passport. Did you get your status thru Asylum? If so, you need to travel through India or third country and conceal that you visited Nepal. It is because the regulations say that USCIS may retreat or take back your immigration status if it proved that you visited your country.
