TPS: Case still pending... :(
Hello guys! Has anybody not received any notification (i.e., card production) after his/her biometric test before 08/15/2015 yet? My biometric appointment was on 18th of August, and my case is still pending as per USCIS online check your status portal. I am very confused and worried. ☹ Also, has anyone tried contacting USCIS on this matter? I will greatly appreciate any suggestions/updates on this matter. Thank you!

yes its the same I797 notice that will be used in all process. My EAD came after 2 weeks of finger print, however, its been 3 months from the I797 receipt date, no sign of TPS info.
I applied through lawyer and he is saying his work done once he fill the form now he can do nothing...he also said at begining ...if there will be trouble he can do nothing...

how long has it been, since, you gave biometrics. I am not sure why they are taking so long, may be all employees are working in other cases than TPS.
This TPS is just showing chocolate to kids and making them keep quite.
Need help guys! got ead approved and on the same day got RFE on I821! Has anyone gone through same issue of RFE? i don't know what document they need cause all i have i did send it.. input will be greatly appreciated.
still my EAD online status is saying "PENDING AT LOCAL OFFICE". Does this mean i am missing some documents or anything. I did my biometric for EAD on sep 3rd.

Its normal.
I have done my biometric on July 29 and I got EAD approval notice on October 7.
So do not worry, chilll out........

Yes u can. Take ur passport and EAD card to ss office. Then after u get ur ss card, take ur ss card, EAD card and bank checkbook (they ask for three documents: proof of signature (ss). Address(checkbook) and DOB (EAD card) ) for drivers license.

I have the same exact situtation...fingerprint fee revieved on july 9, even though I got my ead on September on sep 10

Very Very Important: If your TPS is still pending you need to CALL USCIS immediately and let them know that it has been more than 6 months since you applied. They should be able to prioritize you case and should be adjudicated (decided) within few weeks. I am not a lawyer but this is what I did in May when I needed my EAD. I had given my fingerprint in August 2015. I hope it helps, if it does, spread the word. Thanks!

One of my friends had similar case because he had a misdemeanor charge against him in the past. It was later resolved after he submitted the court documents. Have you ever been convicted of any misdemeanor or felony ?
Everything is clean in my case. I don't even have any traffic warnings.
