Chances of H1B stamp denial
Hi ,
I am planning to go for H1B stamping as my H1B has been approved and it would start coming October 1, 2015. I have done masters and PhD in USA and working for more than one year in a company. So, I am wondering if there is any possibility of denial of H1B stamping if I go to Canada. Does anyone know somebody who had been rejected H1B visa stamping in the past and the reason fro that ? I am kind of skeptical whether to go for H1B stamping or not. My company is trying to take me to Vietnam for training. Any advice is highly appreciated.
Usually H1-b stamping depends on your degree, job role, and company profile.
Ex: if your are biology major, working in IT through consultancy, then there is a high chances of denial.
