Is Your TPS and EAD still Pending after 60days?

Majority of people I know who has a case received date of July 07, 08,09 are all case approved and got EAD on hand by Sept 09th.

Thats a very impressive job from USCIS.

How about you? IS your case still pending?

Is your case more than 60 days and biometric done? Should you be concern?

My case was received on 10th July, fingerprint on august 6th and Tps-EAD produced as of today Sept 10th, exactly 61 days, so this should be the trend now. Given to +/- 15 days, one should only be concerned if only your case is still pending after 75 plus days.

My status is,

"On September 8, 2015, we mailed your new card for Receipt Number LIN1509867895436, to the address you gave us. If you do not receive your card by October 8, 2015, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request that we send your new card to you. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address."

However, I have not heard about TPS, as they said, EAD will not be valid if TPS gets declined.

Mine is still Fingerprint fee received on TPS and pending on EAD. I did my biometrics on Aug 10th. My friend did biometrics last week and her card is being produced. I dont know how USCIS is processing the application.

Edit: Application sent on July 10th.

Edit 2: I called USCIS to get an update on status. I just wanted an update and the CSR gave me a referral number. I just looked at my status, it has not changed but there is a case history.

On September 7, 2015, your request to have your Employment Authorization Document resent to you, referral number xxxxxxxx, was assigned to an officer for response.

Does anyone know what that means?

Yes, thats right. On all the EAD card produced on August 11th has a valid Date 8/11/2015 Expire 12/24/16

But They mailed your card on Sept 08. and you might received it today.

@bairaghi.. Ead is in production TPS status check just gives "fingerprint free received... " . Not sure when to expect TPS approval notice.

Highway, what evidence did you send before? I am afraid they will ask me for more documents as well, since my status has not changed since they received my application.

Yes, its been 75 days and I have not got EAD and TPS yet.

I still have notice as below:
"On July 1, 2015, we received your case for Receipt Number XXXXX, and we are processing it at our Nebraska Service Center location. We mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. "

Please advise if you have any suggestion.
