I entered US in 16 December 2014 in F1 visa. 5 May 2015 ma USCIS le immigration relief for Nepali national alert garyo.

1 June 2015 ma maile work permit apply gare under economic hardship, Mero college ko international students advisor le work permit approved garde vanera USCIS lai letter lekdeu. Maile fee waived gardenu vanera letter lekheko thyo. 10 June 2015 ma lockbox USCIS le mero documents reject gardiyo mentioning not proper fee waiver vanera . Maile kei wastha garena tyo tetikai xoddeyo.

29 June 2015 ma lockbox USCIS bata mail payo , k lekhya raixa vane ne, we rejected your documents on 10 June 2015 incorrectly , we apologize for that, while reviewing you documents from lockbox , we found you have provided enough proof for fee waiver , so we accepted you documents vanera euta recipient number diyo.

30 June 2015 ma lockbox bata mail aayo, we forwarded your documents in Vermont Service Center vanera .

Mero questions k vane ne ,

Ma transfer hunne sure vaisakyo, mero college ko international students malai vanyo , if you transfer then your work permit will be terminated.

1. Question, Ma aba TPS apply garna lako , TPS apply garda maile I-765 form ma I want EAD vanera tick garnu ki nagarnu

2. Question, Mero previous application ,I.e, work permit application le TPS application lai affects parxa ki nai .

I don't know k hunxa vanera , because mero application Vermont Service Center ma processing vai raxa.

Please suggest me best and possible solutions.

TPS matra apply gare vayo ni ta.... EAD ko paiso bachyo.... you can always apply for EAD on the later date in case of any change in circumstances but again make sure you apply for TPS . Also you must fill I-765 even if you do not want the EAD but dont send the fee for EAD.

-- Not sure how long it will take to approve your economic hardship. Never had an experience with it before. other folks here in sajha might able to help you on this.

--- Apply for TPS... Aba EAD chaine ki nachaine vanne your decision. economic hard ship bata EAD aaucha jasto lagcha vane nagarda huncah. Aaudain jasto lagch vane EAD apply garne.

Most important thing -- Don't loose your F1 status at any cost-- I.e. register for classes, keep going to school and when you have EAD before planning to work consult with your DSO.

Thanks brothers , ma sochnai sakeko thena k garam, lawyer consult garam expensive, varkhar matra US aako tyo ne students visa ma ,

I want to apply EAD too. Yedi maile TPS sangai EAD apply garyo vane. Aile ko under economic hardship ko EAD application jun Vermont Service Center ma processing vairaxa tes le kei ne affect ta hudaina ne hoi.
