Sajhawasi Diggaj ra Baristha haru,
I am in OPT till June 30 when my EAD will expire. And while i was in OPT i filed for Saranarthi and my 150 days is reached by JUNE 10th. Now i have 2 chaoices to file EAD : through saranarthi and through TPS. PLease help me decide which one should i choose which will create less complications in future and i will be able to travel outside US too. (I know i have read all othere forums regarding this and tried to google it too but still i am confused and seeking genuine help from other fellow members here who seem to have better idea on this). Thank you.

I would go with saranarthi, just because the TPS would be there as second option in case saranarthi does not work.

go for TPS no hassle for making documents, TPS will give you decent time to work and I dont think they will send you back home after TPS, because USA always need hard working people like we Nepalese, still decision is yours
