Usually man taato noon paani ma khutta dubaunu hos ..if still doesnt help then better doctor ko ma januhos. Khutta dry bhayera testo hunchha.

You weight , height and if your job makes you standing a lot? Try shoes that has extra cusion and add extra. Do not wear tight shoes, use cotton socks.

I used to have the same issue while working long hours in gas station.like someone suggested put a pinch of salt in warm water and put your legs in it for half hour so.thia should help little bit.Also,try some reliable shoes..not sure where you at but there are some stores where they suggest shoes (they calculate the angles of foot while standing,running),get recommended according to your nature of job and try that..it helped me at least.
