I went back home about a year ago for H1b stamping and now I just happened to look at my online I-94, my admission date to the US was not recorded. In other words, online I-94 does not show when I was entered recently to the US. I tried to call the Deferred Inspection office in Dallas,TX , they seem busy and goes to the voice mail and have not returned my call yet. Anybody has any experience like this? What I can I do to have them put my record? Please share some ideas, if you have any.
Thanks
Your question, given the circumstances that you are an H1B-approved immigrant and we all are here waiting for our lottery results, is not helping us.
Hahahaha..... jk
On a serious note bro, no idea about your question.
I wish all neplali bro n sis good luck StatusPidit.
mt77 : It's not a big issue. In fact My current online I-94 is completely different than what my current valid I-94 is. After returning back with H1B stamping, I had extended my H1B which came with approval notice and new i-94 validity period and new number. Online still shows old number which has already expired.
If you want to update that- call CBP office or visit one nearest to you. I think you might have to make appnt first. There is one usually inside the airport too.
Since you have a stamp in you PP with arrival date, you have a way to prove your case.
@STUPIDA thanks for ur imputs. I am going to CPB office.
