hami khukhura " pokhreli style " ma banauchau :
1) tori ko tel 1 spoon ( chicken or goat meats are much better in mustard oil)
2) tel tato bhaye pachi , pyaj halni
3) pyaj alik brown bhayepachi , chicken halni
4) salt as per taste ani besar halera chalauney
5) chicken lai chopne , (jabasamma pani sabai sukdaina )
water makes chicken soggy.
6) pani sukepachi , jeera plus khursani ko dhulo plus lasun adduwako ko paste plus dhaniyako daath ( not leaf) halera chalauney
7) masala bhutepachi golveda halera ekchin dhakne ( until tomatoes becomes paste)
(fresh tomatoes are better as you can feel the taste)
at the same time if you want to put green chilli you can.
8) gravy man parcha bhaney tato pani halera naumlesamma pakaune ani khanu bhanda 3 mins aghi dhaniya ko paat halera serve garney
