I agree with all the responses here. She is not into marriage and commitment. I am no expert but I have enough experience to know a thing or two about this incredibly astounding breed commonly known as 'Women'. Clearly, she is telling you she can't be faithful to you.

Better communicate to her directly and make sure its all over. You don't want to leave the conversation open ended and have crazy ideas like "what if". Its better to get hurt once and then move on rather than hanging with "what if" feelings.

Does that mean - dated each other or dated with other person prior to the conversation ?

From your side, you can also go and meet her personally if she has any interest on you and make it clear. Else, move on. You definitely learned something from this.

Talk to your parents if you feel like you really love her. They are the good adviser in such scenario. For me it sounds like she found another good one..
