Dallas: Apartment finding help
I used to work in that zip code two years ago, and I used to live in Serendipity Apartments, opposite of Top Golf. It is not the best apartment, but is affordable. I don't know your price range, but if you work in 75231, your best option will be living in village. Their apartments will start somewhere at 650 all the way to thousand or more. There are also apartments on Greenville Ave and Abrams, on the other side of CVS which are good and affordable. Please avoid apartments on Fair Oaks Ave and any apartments around Conrad High School. I don't know what job you have or how much commuting you have to do, but you can also take DART to this place and live in Plano or Irving.
The village apartments is safe and maintained good. It's not cheap though, but you won't regret. Link is posted below.

There are lots of unsafe apartments around 75231. So be careful.
If you can commute from Irving ( you could take DART from behind NOrthLake College or the DART Bus), take apts like summerbend or jefferson park ( will make you feel like you are in Hyderabad).
...or if you want Nepalese find apts either MarbleTree or Glen Arbor.
Brah,
I am not fimiliar with Nepalese community around there. Most of the Nepalese live either in Irving or Euless area.
If you drive you could find a Nepalese family in Euless area as a paying guest.
Thank you Jharke and land of gorkhali. That was awesome suggestion. But, I took offer at the zip 75238. Please suggest me if you got any idea in that Garland area. Thank you lalmoon. Im not in dire need of nepalese around but having some is better. I need my own around 650 single BR or 750 2BR. Help me guys. Gotta find one ASAP.
I think 9737 Amberton Pkwy Dallas, TX 75243 would be best choices for you because as mention you are ready to drive for 10 miles from your work and it cost 720 for one bed room. If you want to share one room out of two bed room i can hook you up. Pleae let me know this info helps you.
Thanks sukul for your advice. When can I come for walk in for quick look.
Still undecided. Help me guys. Can find the apartment from the net but don't want to be alienated and need couple of nepalese families around.
Try Indigo apartments. Lots of Nepalese and Bhutanese families live there, close to Richland College too.
Thank you Jharke! I contacted to the Indigo apartment via email and got replied. But, I am wondering about their rent structures. BTW, do you live in that apartment complex now?
