Yaar first my friend is new in country. He is helpless.

Second, if it was me, I would not need an attorney. He just lives far away from me.

Third, he does not speak good English.

He does not speak English, can not be a tourist guide. He was hanging in Thamel , a yankee fall in love, can make love as a horse ( horse power came from horse ), landed here in US marrying a white chic. Now he wants to bring his girlfriend and child ? Is this his story?

I know a guy who got dv lottery through a married women whose husband was working abroad. I do not think it has similar story and now the women is bringing her real husband and guy wanted to settle-down.
