Advice (Help): Cheapest Masters Program
Friends, which is the cheapest one-year masters program (example one-year accelerated MBA) you know of? I need to enroll in a Masters program to save my F1 status. I don’t need CPT or have any specific subject in mind. Any subject related to business or even nonprofit management works. I am guessing subjects like nonprofit management would be the cheapest. The only requirement is that it has to be a two-semester (one year) masters program and be in a city that has low cost of living. It has to be a 1-year program because I want to apply for full-time post-completion OPT after completing. Any ideas?

You can try Amberton University in Garland, TX (DFW area). It has business-related masters program. However, it offers quarter system (4 quarters in a year) and the tuition is like $700+ per class. You can study 3 quarters and take 1 quarter off, if u'd like. There is also low cost of living in the surrounding area.
Relax_Singh, thank you so much for the lead. Unfortunately, "The University will only renew the I-20 if the student is transferring directly to Amberton from an accredited college in the United States in which s/he has been enrolled within the last 6 months". I have already received my degree so I wouldn't be transferring, I would have to be issued a new I-20. So Amberton won't work for me. Thanks so much for trying to help. Does anyone else have suggestions?.
