You are struggling your way out. You are suffocating, it’s too deep but you are fighting to survive. Looking up you can see the beautiful sun rays and you think you can do it, a little more and you will be there. Suddenly, the ocean decides to toss and tremble and the force of water is stronger than ever. The water hits you so hard, fills your lung so bad that they are burning. You are gasping for air and frantically moving your arms and legs to move forward but you can only feel the entire weight of the ocean on your body and its taking you down, more deeper . Funny, how sometimes you try and explain life and you end up describing drowning. Not that much different though ,I guess.

However, I'd like to argue If i may dare:

Evanescence,

Regardless of the cause, in terms of removing the effect of something, how much do you think is about letting go?

Vivant,

Replace the stone with something more meaningful in your life - your parents, wife, kids, siblings..... Then what?

Yacc, Detachment, right ? In a manner, style and pace that suits the needs of your individual mind and the circumstances of your life. Easier said than done I suppose but I don't see many other options in that regard.

i am not the kind to hold on to things that causes me to drown but i have seen people so madly cherishing the things that ultimately destroys them, i cant help but admire and sometimes wishing for that sort of passion to ignite in me. I guess i have always been amused and attracted by madness. so if holding onto something that drowns you is madness, bring it on. i would very much like to be consumed by such insanity.

Ha ha ...yeah, some emotions become the spark that lights one's pire as they say and I thought the drowning stone analogy said the same thing in a refreshing  way.

Very interesting perspective you've shared. If I may look at this in a lighter vein, I am reminded of a bumper sticker that said "I don't suffer from insanity, I enjoy every minute of it!" :)

Best wishes and press on!
