Successful F1 to Green card anyone?
Hi,
While on F1 status bahira kaam garera pani , have you successfully received green card? Ma ahile GC filing process ma chu ra mero employment history ma maile bahira kaam gareko chu bhanera sabai information lawyer lai diye. And now he is saying that there is no other way than me getting out of US, getting the H1 visa stamp on my passport and coming back in before applying. Lawyer lai maile mero F1 ma kaam gareko kehi narakh bhaneko mildaina rakhnai parcha bhancha.
Tapai haru le k garnu bhako thiyo. Please share. Appreciated.
F1 status ma kam garda OPT /CPT approval chaa ra tax tireko cha bhane kehi farak pardaina, tara work permit bina kam gareko cha bhane chahi sankai laghchaa hai. GC is future job offered by the sponsored company and it does not matter if you have worked or not. EB1,EbB,EB3 kun category ma ho GC apply gareko? GC ko process ke ho bhanera bujhda sajilo huntheeyo ki ? Laywers ko pani kura sune tara affai pani alli alli ta research garna paryo ni.

I haven't had an experience on this regard but this dude that I went to school w/ (employment based Perm. Resident; B. SC. in Comp Science) had illegally worked for several years.

EB3 ma GC apply garne ho bhane, work experience rakhe pani narakhe pani more than 5 years ta lagcha GC aauna, long queue chaa. Abba EB2 ma garne ho bhane Bachelors with some experience or masters with no experience or work experience rakhnu paryo, tara PWD katiko approve bhayera aaucha for that job (depends on which state is the job posting), ani tyo PWD pay garna tayar cha ki chaina sponshor garne company le? tesaile work experience le GC apply garda PWD lai dhyan deenu parcha, natra aattinu pardaina sathi.

Mero EB3 ho ra kaam gareko 3 barsa bhako cha ani date current bhai sakyo. aba college ma huda yeta uta kaam gariyo permit bina ani 5 basra ko experience dekhauda sabai kaam halideko thiye form ma. Lawyer le permit magyo chaina bhanda US bahira gayera aaucnu parcha nabhaye reject huncha bhancha. pahila ta teyo lawyer 1 thapad hane huncha..........ethical ko kura garcha.....mera uncle haru jo lawyer thiya (in Nepal) they used to say lawyer vhaneko "licensed prapta thag hun"...
anyway.. something doesn't sound write here.......maybe your employer is trying to push the date for flying of GC and using lawyer helps............or this lawyer is stupid as hell............
Teyo employment history sabai afulie verne ho.........all personal information's and any other information's that goes into the form of filing GC is filled by the applicants.
Yeti ho ki lawyer le tesli verify garcha, and he will make you sign one page saying that he is representing you in the case.
Khai...hami le 5-6 varsa check ma kaam gariyo F1 ma huda, tax ni vharinthiyo.....ahile H1 b ni cha.......abd bisr=tarai greencard ni file garchue hola.....tara F1 ma huda ko kaam kehi mention gariyana.....
anyway long story short ---
You should only give work experience that is legal and your lawyer should only furnish information provided by you......anything you did is out of the context and he should not be worry about that..........
