Green card for Nepali Citizens in L1B visa‏

I was working in India with Indian IT company since 2007 and I came to US in 2012 in L1B visa and I hold Nepali passport. Recently one of the consultancy has approached me told me that they can file a Green Card for me. Could you please help me to know if this is really possible when a person is in L1B and working for company ABC and at the same time another company XYZ can file a GC for an employee of company ABC?

L1B भिषामा आऊने कामदार द्वैध मनसाय लिएर आउने भएको हुँदा त्यस्तो विदेशी कामदार एउटा कम्पनीमा काम गर्दागर्दैको अवस्थामा अर्को कम्पनी वा अरु कुनै किसिमले ग्रीनकार्डको लागि चाहिने भिषाको beneficiary हुन सक्दछ | तर L1B भिषामा रहेका व्यक्तिले immigrant visa petition स्वीकृत भएर आफनो स्टाटस ग्रीनकार्डमा एडजष्ट नभएसम्म अर्को कम्पनीमा काम गर्न भने मिल्दैन। अर्थात L1B स्टाटसमा भएकाले ग्रीनकार्ड नपाऊन्जेलसम्म पहिलेकै कम्पनीमा L1B को हैसियतबाट काम गरि कम्पनीको पेरोलमा आफुलाई राख्नुपर्दछ |
