केटा हो , यो झनक्क रिसाउने बानी कसरी कम गर्ने ?
कसैले केही नचाइने कुरो गर्यो की झनक्क रिस उठी हाल्छ अनि त्यों माथि छुचो मुख छ प्याच्च जवाफ फर्काई हाल्न पर्छ ।। यो बानी कसरी कंट्रोल गर्ने ? अब फिल्म मा जस्तो 1 देखि 10 सम्म गन्ने टाइम नि हुदैन ।
येही बानी ले गर्दा कति काम बिग्री सक्यो।। कति सम्म कुस्ती परि सक्यो ।

Opposite here, when people say anything to me I don't get mad at the moment but later on after few hrs and days I feel like humiliated and want to confront them or at least hurt them

I have noticed some of your past comments on sajha and felt that u r some immature fellow. Yo rish sish bhaneko immature/insecure manche lai badhi lagcha. Try to work on that. Learn to let go things.

people get angry when they do not get enough love at childhood. did somebody molest you? did you have a bad family?
you can let your feelings out here. nobody knows you here. dont worry, i am here to listen to your sad story.
I don't think its because of your bad childhood or some other reasons.It's just a people's nature.I have bad habit of gettin angry late.when somebody makes me angry I tolerate maximum but when I think its enough I speak less and act more like throwing stuffs, punchin wall, kicking laptop, throwing mobiles to them etc.

@200times, i used to do that and now i can control my anger in long times , means i cant keep anger for long time ( may be thats childish too , idk).
I guess its my nature and there is a quote saying NOTHING CAN CHANGE THE INNER PERSON OF URS YOU HAVE TO LIVE WITH IT.
come on facebook, spill all your anger. spill all the anger and hatred that you have hidden in your heart for years towards the one who treated you badly, who misbehaved with you or your family members. you can scream as loudly as you want here. Don't feel bad, its your past, now try to make a new future.
