I am thinking to get married with my spouse very soon in nyc>>> does anybody know what is the procedure?? And how long i need to wait  to register my marriage and get marriage certificate????

It seems you are already married and asking the procedures to get legal marriage certificate for immigration purpose. Wait for some experienced people or experts to help you out.
