My brother recently got selected for 2014 DV lottery. Im helping him filling the forms so I  just wanna make sure if there are any precautions to be taken or any suggestion that you folks wanna pass. Form DSP-122 and Form DS-230, Part I and II can be download from this link .
http://www.travel.state.gov/visa/visa_4759.html

Following are some of my queries for which I have no clue at all.
a.On top of form DS-230,it says expire on 2/29/2012 so I'm not sure if I can still use that form.
b.There in not much space so I'm having hard time even filling the email id. (I'm using  Adobe Reader to fill up the form).
c. I m using upper case so not sure if it's a good idea .
d.His baby is due on September and I don't see any area to include that except there are areas for children and spouse.
e.I don't remember if spouse's date of birth need to be filled during application  or not  (in case of dependent) but the issue is my sister in law's date of birth was off by a year. Will that be a problem?

That's all I found so far.Your comments will be highly appreciated.

Thanks

-Sapphire

1. The expiration date is not of your concern as the official link provides this pdf
2.hitheresssssssss@gmail.com this was the longest string I could use, so if you have a long email id, just make one for DV purpose and forward it to your email id.
3. UPPERCASE all the way, doesnt matter
4. There is no way to count unborn children, you might want to change that later and update the from by calling the office. You can also attach an extra paper to your application and state that a child is being expected. Officially you will need to update the records later though.
5. Not sure on this one though. All the information on the form needs to be true to your knowledge, so I would fill up the correct date and see if anything changes later, You can explain the consular of mistake while filing DV but cant change the whole birthcertificates right?

Best of Luck
