I went to interview from a consultancy they made my cv with 6 years experience when i have none ..i was nervous and told them the truth ..if u been in this situation plz let me know what to do in my next interview ..should i tell them truth or lie to them as my cv
whole american IT is held hostage by Indians. So if you are not going to lie some South Indian will do.
If you think you are saving them from getting the wrong guy hired by telling them the truth than ur wrong.
i am a guy with genuine 3 years expereince and it was tough as hell to find myself a job because i was competing with all those fake indian resumes with 7 years expereince.
so lie to get in because you are doing nothing wrong and job won't be that tough.the only thing is dont try to cheat them at work.Try to impress them at work because ultimately that is what matters.People won't even remember ur resume when u go there.Noone really cares.if u go out with genuine experience get prepared for 6 to 12 months of unemployment ,even in IT.I had to wait for 6 months before i got a 'ok' paying job.
May I add, preparation is the key word in not getting nervous -- natra ta dhoti phuski haalcha ni :) . rahul80 is right BTW.
Thank u guys for ur suggestion ..
