You needs to google ‘ free cataract surgery’ . If you have medical school close by, final years would perform surgery with real doctors helping them around. Go to links like these

Also if can wait till few months till 2021 kick out but initial enrollment is starting from nov or go visit the insurance person at state health exchange center due to covit 19 must of state allowing temp protection for resident for state sponsored insurance.If u in Maryland I can give u more details not sure how other state works.
