What are the applications and the supporting documents need for apply GC for the visiting parents. Do we need to submit separate applications and the documents for both parents? Do the documents need to send together to the uscis? Thank you

Green Card holders (permanent residents) may not petition to bring parents to live permanently in the United States.You gotta be citizen

Yes you need to petition for both separately. Also there are some nee rule for visitor visa applicants regarding waiting before applying. Check USCIS
