creating this threads for people who are interested in refinancing. Let's share each other's rate and possibly the lender's details if the rate is lower. The lowest I am getting currently(after discussing with couple of lenders), I am getting @ 2.75% for 30 years with 0 closing cost and 2.375% for 15 years with 0 closing cost Similarly, 2.625% if I pay closing cost which is $3800 for 30 years and 2.125 for 15 years with same closing cost. My loan amount is around 445K How about yours? Also, Normally, I do check the current rate at http://www.mortgagenewsdaily.c... and the rate you would expects from different lenders is around 0.15-0.25 less than what is listed in this site.
